Paint is the one true thing a homeowner can do to get an immediate return on investment, according to Davian Gallegos, owner of FRESH PAINT CO, LLC.

Home improvement expert Bob Vila says, “First impressions and curb appeal can make a big impact on potential home buyers, so repainting the outside of your house can deliver a return on investment of up to 150 percent.”

Better Homes and Gardens recommends earthy neutrals and warm whites and creams for exterior paint in 2023. Also recommended all-black exteriors, dark blues, and pale greens.
